DRIED MUSHROOM RECIPE

 
 

PORCINI OIL

    - 1 ounce DRIED PORCINI, sliced or diced (kibbled)
    - 3 cups sunflower oil

  • Combine oil and DRIED PORCINI in tightly covered container and store in a cool place (not above 70 degrees)
  • After several weeks when the color changes, it is ready to use.
