DRIED PORCINI BUTTER
This butter goes well with baked fish or on vegetables.
- 1/4 ounce DRIED PORCINI, sliced or diced (kibbled)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- Cover DRIED PORCINI with water in a small saucepan and simmer with the soy sauce and sugar for 20 minutes.
- After the liquid has cooled, puree in a blender and combine with the butter.
- Refrigerate
